Replacement windows in Accrington
Nori brick is harder than anything else round here, and openings in it need respect. Done carelessly you get spalled brick round a new frame that no amount of sealant hides. Most Accrington terraces are still under original Welsh slate with the original openings, and the mid century estates at Huncoat and Baxenden are a simpler job entirely.
Windows built to a specification, not a price
Every window we fit is built on the REHAU TOTAL70 system. Seventy millimetres of profile depth, multi-chambered, and capable of a U value as low as 0.8 W/m²K when triple glazed and argon filled.
For context, Building Regulations currently ask for 1.6 W/m²K. We fit to twice that standard because the difference shows up on a bill every winter for the next twenty years, not on the day of installation.
